Cranberry Glazed Turkey Breast
Ingredients:
- 1 boneless skinless turkey breast (Roast 20-22 minutes per pound, or until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit)
- olive oil
- 1 dried sage leaf or 1/8-1/4 tsp ground sage
- salt
- ground pepper
- 1-2 Tbsp. cranberry sauce, more if you like *optional recipe included
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
- Brush the turkey breast with olive oil
- Season the turkey breast with sage, salt, and pepper
- Roast 10-15 minutes, or until turkey breast is browned
- Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Spread the cranberry sauce all over the turkey breast, making sure to cover it completely
- Continue roasting the turkey for approximately 20-45 minutes, depending on weight, or until the internal temperature measures 165 degrees
- When the turkey is done, remove from heat and let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing
